How do i pay rent?
You can drop off a check to the UPS store located at 869 East 4500 South, PMB 224, Salt Lake City, Utah 84107.
Or you can create an account with our tenant portal and pay online.
How much is the security deposit?
A security deposit is an insurance against any damage that could come to the apartment. When you decide to move out you will get this money back if the apartment hasn't sustained any damage. The security deposit will be refunded to you about 4 weeks after you move out.
What if I pay rent late?
The first time you pay rent late we there is no extra fee, we understand that stuff happens. The second offense will add a charge of $75 or 10% of the rent fee.
After three months of late rent payments further action will be taken.
Are pets allowed?
We love all our furry and non-furry friends! But only some properties are pet-friendly. Please check the listing or ask to be sure that the property you are interested in is pet-friendly.
What is The Renter Benefits Package?
Our Benefits Package is designed to protect you and provide valuable services. Some of these services include improving your credit score, delivering air filters, and liability waivers.
How long is a lease?
We offer 12 month/
Other options are sometimes available upon request.
Is the space furnished?
Some of our listings are fully furnished, some are a blank canvas ready for you to input your personality. Check the listing or ask the listing agent for more information.
Can I sublet my space?
Subletting is allowed, however, there is more required paperwork. If you are interested in subletting you must talk with IRA to appropriately fill out the paperwork to avoid any legal ramifications.
I want to move before my contract ends?
We want you to be happy. Please come talk to us about your situation so we can find the best possible solution for you and our landlords.
Is there an application fee?
Yes. For each applicant over the age of 18 years, there is a $25 application fee that is non-refundable.
How often do you raise rent?
We are proud to offer competitive market rates on rent. We periodically reevaluate to make sure our prices are in line with the current market.
If we notice a difference, we will not change your rate until the end of your contract.
How do you manage maintenance requests?
For issues of plumbing, appliances, or heating and cooling please fill out a maintenance request through the tenant portal immediately.
We will dispatch a professional to fix the problem as soon as we can keeping in mind there are other, maybe more pressing, requests, too.
Are utilities included?
Depending on the space, utilities are included in the rent price, but not always. If you are unsure, please check the listing or ask the listing agent for more information.
